   田宝玉,博士,教授,博士生导师(招生专业:微生物学)和硕士生导师(招生专业:微生物学和发酵工程专业)。2002-2007年就读于云南大学微生物专业,硕博连读,20077月获理学博士学位。2010-2012年到美国耶鲁大学生态与进化生物学系做访问学者,2013-2014年在美国凯斯西储大学病理学院牙周病学系做博士后研究。目前研究方向主要关注以下三方面:(1)植物寄生线虫与植物微生物组;(2)植物木质纤维素的降解机制及其主要酶系;(3)环境微生物组及抗生素抗性基因的生态、起源、进化和传播等。已完成和在研国家自然科学基金3项,福建省自然科学基金杰出青年项目1项,以及国家留学基金委访问学者项目、福建省自然科学基金面上项目以及福建省科技厅青年人才项目各1项,并作为主要骨干参与国家973、国家自然科学基金重点项目等研究,发表研究论文70余篇。获2006年获得宝钢教育基金特等奖,2009年云南省优秀博士学位论文一等奖、2009全国优秀博士论文提名奖和2015年福建省科学技术进步奖二等奖等。主要代表性论文如下:
